Note e clausole

ENTRATA IN VIGORE art. 11 comma 3 : " This Agreement with the relevant Technical Annexes shall enter into force sixty days after the date of the receipt of the second of the two notifications, by means of which the Parties will inform each other reciprocally on the fulfillment of the procedures provided for the respective regulations for its entry into force." , " Il presente Accordo con i relativi Allegati tecnici entrerà in vigore sessanta giorni dopo la data di ricezione della seconda delle due notifiche, con cui le Parti si informeranno reciprocamente dell'adempimento delle procedure previste dai rispettivi regolamenti per la sua entrata in vigore."
